All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased, and to refuse any order, at our discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

 

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in your basket. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention checks. Once an order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.

Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current delivery times, costs and coverage areas. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs, or extreme weather.

 

Returns and Refunds

Nothing in this section or our Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
